Add ISO_Level3_Shift to the list of keysyms to ignore for composition,

* gtk/gtkimcontextsimple.c: Add ISO_Level3_Shift to
the list of keysyms to ignore for composition, since
AltGr keys produce it in some keyboard layouts.  (#307283)
